Walk with Wellness!

Get outdoors, stay active and earn points to be entered to win a Garmin Fitness Tracker! The Wellness Team will be on the track behind the Skytop Office Building, Mondays and Fridays, June 1-19, noon-1p.m. Walking on a track is a good way to work on your pace and distance; remember 4 laps = 1 mile! This is a great way to fit fitness in while enjoying a break from work and engaging in friendly conversation with colleagues.

Faculty and staff are invited to join the Wellness Team for a walk around the South Campus track; walk one lap, two laps or more! Each time you join us, you will earn one point into a random prize drawing to win a Garmin Fitness Tracker!

Mondays and Fridays, June 1-June 19
Anytime between noon-1p.m. (weather permitting)
