The University has partnered with Carebridge to provide comprehensive counseling, wellness and work-life services and resources to eligible faculty, staff and other members of the University community.

Mindful Meditation Opportunities On-Campus - Explore the benefits of meditation. Healthy Monday and Hendricks Chapel both offer opportunities for Syracuse University faculty and staff to participate in the practice of meditation; beginners welcome!
Faculty and Staff Assistance Program - Syracuse University is committed to the total well-being of our community and to providing support and services to help you and your loved ones manage challenges at work and at home. The University has partnered with Carebridge to provide comprehensive counseling, wellness and work-life services and resources to eligible faculty, staff and other members of the University community.
The Couple and Family Therapy Center - The Couple and Family Therapy Center, part of the Syracuse University David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics, provides affordable, confidential counseling and therapy services to families, couples, and individuals who are coping with life's challenges. Day and evening appointments offered Monday through Thursday.
SULA Family Caregivers Standing Committee - The purpose of the Family Caregivers Standing Committee (FCSC) is to support family caregivers employed by Syracuse University Libraries, and by extension, anyone on campus who may benefit from our presentations and resources. We are part of the Syracuse University Libraries Assembly (SULA) and we report to the SULA Executive Committee. Support can take many forms and our initial focus will be on outreach, networking, and programming.
