The Barnes Center at The Arch offers a variety of resources and services to meet the unique needs of your health and wellness journey. From climbing, to swimming, and exercising with state-of-the-art equipment, the selections and variety available are here to help you Be Active.
Move it Monday and Monday Mile are brought to you by Healthy Monday Syracuse. They are both a fun way to get in your daily exercise. Move it Monday offers a variety of free fitness classes. Monday Mile easily works into your schedule and helps to jump start your week. Oh- and it’s also a great excuse to go visit the Syracuse and Onondaga County parks! C’mon, grab a buddy!
South Campus Track
The track behind the Skytop Office Building is open and available for the Syracuse University community three days a week! Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from noon to 1 p.m. What a great way to: Take a break! Get your steps in! Have a walking meeting! If for some reason the gate is locked, contact the Wellness Initiative at 315.443.5472.
