Achievement Criteria
Distribute/Post/Share* Wellness Initiative information with your area monthly. Must let us know that you have shared each month in the Teams group.- Participate in at least four Wellness Initiative workshops/programs per calendar year.
- Attend at least one wellness champion meeting per calendar year.
- Make a minimum of one change in your department’s physical environment to support wellness per year.
- Host one short-term wellness event per calendar year. If you would like incentive assistance, please complete the incentive prize request form.
- Complete the workplace wellness checklist twice per year and submit it to the wellness team by the requested due date.
- Complete end-of-year evaluation.
- Award: 30-minute massage voucher
