Join us in 2026 for the twelve-part Thrive!: A Well-Being Series by Northbound.

The series is designed to help you move from simply getting through your days to truly thriving. Together, we will explore the science of well-being, human flourishing and optimal functioning, while learning practical, research backed strategies to reduce overwhelm, build resilience and create meaningful behavior change.
