Syracuse University is a proud participant in the 2024 Syracuse Workforce Run – an annual 5K that brings people together to promote health and exercise while supporting a great charity. Employees of all abilities and fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate in an evening of fun, movement and socializing with colleagues!
All benefits-eligible faculty and staff who meet the Syracuse Workforce Run event eligibility requirements are invited to join the University Team!

Things to know
- Registration fee includes a Syracuse University team T-shirt to wear during the event, an official race T-shirt and a complimentary dinner.
- Packet and T-shirt pickup will be held at our tent 1.5-2 hours before the event.
- Parking information and answers to frequently asked questions are available on the Syracuse WorkForce Run website.
- If you would like a family member or friend to participate with you, they can register as an individual participant. (They will pay the full registration fee and need to plan to pick up their bib/shirt at Fleet Feet).
